Become a HERO: Volunteer in our office
H.E.R.O – New York
As a rapidly expanding volunteer organization, our need for various forms of clerical, administrative and logistical support continues to grow. As such, we are currently accepting applications for an open Administrative Assistant position to provide office support services to the organization. The successful applicant will be required to volunteer 10 – 15 hours per week performing clerical and administrative tasks to support Board and organization activities.
Ideally, the candidate selected for this position would be available to spend at least part of that time in our Brooklyn office during regular business hours, although some evening and weekend time may be additionally requested. In the event that the successful applicant is already a member of HERO with some experience of our internal operations, s/he may also be asked to undertake some additional projects relevant to his/her expertise.
